The Balm Blushes - Instain & Fratboy

The blushes from The Balm are unbelievable good. They are highly pigmented, has a soft silky formula and are easy to blend on the cheeks. I also love the retro inspired prints on the packaging.

The blushes I have in my "collection" are:

Fratboy - the perfect soft peachy shade for everyday use all year around.

Instains (from left to right on the picture):

Argyle - a soft pink shade, to make one of those perfect rosy cheeks for spring.

Swiss dot - a dark warm peach/orange shade, that's perfect for fall.

Toile - a reddish/pink shade, that has a lovely in your face attitude.

Houndstooth - a dusty lilac/pink, I'm so gonna rock this one when fall comes.

Pinstripe -  an even dustier purple shade than Pinstripe & darker with no pink in it.

The Instain blushes have an indication on the packaging of which season they are most bearable at. You can either follow that or do as I do wear them whenever I feel like, depending on the makeup I'm wearing. ^^

NYX, Maybelline Vivid Matte Liquid, Lash Sensational, Ardell, Loreal

I was on a shopping spree yesterday & these goodies came home with me.

1. Ardell lashes, nr. 301. These are one of my favorite lashes to wear. Half strip lashes gives the eyes that sexy effortless look & the right amount of drama for everyday use. 

2. The new Vivid Matte Liquids Maybelline came out with not that long ago. I've heard so much good things about them. I bought the colours Rebel Red & Nude Flush.  I will do a review on them later.

3. NYX color correcting liquid primer in green.  This is a primer that neutralize redness in the skin. It's gonna be so much fun to try this out and see if it works.

4. Maybelline Lash Sensational Lash Multiplying Mascara. Wow, that's a long name! I love this mascara & it has become one of my all time favorites. The wand is just perfect, it separates the lashes and gives volume.

5. Loreal Nail Polish, Black Diamond. I don't buy nail polishes that often but this one really caught my eye. It's a black polish with a lot of tiny silver glitter in it.

NYX Full Throttle Palette - Color Riot

Swatches of the beautiful Full Throttle palette from NYX in Color Riot. This quad palette comes with one shade of light ivory with gold shimmer, a warm mid brown, a yellow/orange shade & one red/teal shade that I love.

NYX Soft Matte Lip Creme - Monte Carlo & Vancouver

A while ago I bought these matte lip cream's from NYX Cosmetics in Monte Carlo & Vancouver.
The formula is to me some what between a liquid lipstick & a stain. Sadly it's not that opaque as I imagined when I bought them, a lip pen underneath is required. Other than that they are crazy soft on the lips, dry semi matte, doesn't dry out the lips and are lovely to wear the whole day.
I am now longing for fall when I see me wear Vancouver more often. Dark lips and fall is a perfect match, don't you think?
